*Park Models & Camper Models require a $100.00 security deposit and Cabins require a $59 security deposit at the time of reservation. There is a 15 day cancellation on park models. If less than 15 days, the security deposit will be forfeited.
*Weekly and Winter Specials do not apply to Camper Models, Park Models or Cabins
*Premium Sites - Includes Full Hookup, Upgraded Landscape and Patio Furniture.
*Holiday Weekends - For holiday weekends there is a three night minimum stay, with a paid in advance, no refund policy. These holidays include Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and both April and September Blue Grass Festivals.
