RV Site Policies
RESERVATIONS
For non-holiday reservations, a ONE-NIGHT’S STAY DEPOSIT is required and is based on ONE vehicle and a party of 4 people. Each additional person and/or vehicle will incur a $5/day fee. Cancellations made more than 48 hrs before arrival will incur a $10 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 48 hrs of arrival will forfeit the deposit.

HOLIDAYS
THREE night minimum required for:
- Memorial Day
- 4th of July
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
An additional $10 fee will be added per night. A non-refundable 3-night deposit is due at the time of reservation. NO REFUND for Cancellations
Please note: Before Group reservations will be processed, the Wagon Master for that group must complete a Group Reservation Request Form. Additionally, any group reservations made within 6 weeks of the group’s arrival date (or additional reservations over the requested number of sites) will not be eligible for the group rate. They are more than welcome to use any discounts. We will do our best to get them as close to the group as possible, but it is NOT guaranteed that they will be with their group..

Pets allowed in Cabins with a fee. NO pets allowed in the Cottage
